The flared skirt is pleated into the waist over the hips at the front. There are two side seam pockets. Short sleeves have turn back cuffs. Buttons at the front to hip level. The fabric is 68% cotton, 32% acetate, so it would be nice and cool to wear. Made in the USA and bears the union label as shown, but there is no brand label. 1950s.
