It's lime with a chiffon overlay and features a collar ruffle down the front, sheer long sleeves with ruffles at the wrist and a center back zipper. It's in excellent vintage condition, missing belt. Label reads "Miss Elliette California". Miss Elliette was a label owned and designed by Elliette Ellis. She studied fashion and worked as a dressmaker and in 1952 created her own dress line.
